Destination 1...Yun Lai Mist Viewpoint

This is a Chinese style village. We must wake up early to see the morning mist as it's the highlight here. To get to the viewpoint, we can drive and park at the parking lot, and then take the minibus of the villagers up to the scenic spot. The fare is 30 THB per person and chartered 300 THB per car. If anyone wants to stay up here, there's both houses and a tent for rent and breakfast also available as well as restroom service, so you don't have to worry at all....

Destination 2...Baan Rak Thai
Regardless of how many times I've visited this village, it is still a very lovely village. Although the road up to this village is quite harsh, you will be really impressed when you are here. You don't have to worry about food and accommodation, there're plenty of them, especially accommodation. For food, I'd like to recommend the Lee Wine Rak Thai. The weather here is nice all year round. For the winter like this, to wake up early to see the mist and sunrise while enjoying a cup of hot coffee is such a heaven on earth experience!

Coffee corner at Lee Wine Rak Thai

This corner is located on a second floor of the shop.

We can each enjoy a cup of coffee along with this great atmosphere....

Fried Mantou bun with condensed milk in a set of 100 THB is a must try item.....

Destination 3... Pong Dueat Hot Spring
This large hot spring is located at Huai Nam Dang National Park. The fun here is that there're eggs for us to boil like what they do in Japan. It's so good because we didn't have to fly to Japan but still can feel the same experience. It opens daily from 08.00 - 18.00 p.m. Entrance fee for Thai people: adults 20 THB and children 10 THB.

Within seconds and we have boiled eggs to eat...

Destination 4...Fong Yun Farm
It is said that the heroine like to drink orange juice. Here, we didn't have to be a heroine but still can enjoy fresh oranges at Baan Santichon, Wiang Tai Subdistrict, Pai District, Mae Hong Son Province. Moreover, we can also take photos while picking up oranges. If you didn't stay here, you can stop by for photography too. It opens daily from 05.00 – 18.00 p.m.
***If you stay at Baan Kung Kang De Pai, the hotel could take you here too ***

We can freshly pick and eat them, it is 60 THB per kg, so very sweet.

Please do not enjoy cutting them too much..... We finally have like 5 kg ^_^

If you pick a lot of them, you can also ask the farm to squeeze and make the fresh orange juice for you.

This orange farm view is so great....

Destination 5... Tha Pai Historical Bridge
This old wooden bridge is considered the landmark of Pai that everyone must stop by to take photos once they visit Pai. If you wish for some souvenir home, this place also offers many of them too!

Destination 6...Pang Ung
To tent here in the winter is the best thing (the rental fee is 300 THB/each tent) because we can fully enjoy the atmosphere! In the morning, we would see the mist falling into the water while swans are playing there. This scenery is truly an amazing view. In the evening, we can enjoy the Thai Mookata BBQ with friends (300 THB per set). Wow, this is just so good.

The entrance fee for Thai people: adults 20 THB, children 10 THB. For accommodation choices, there're both houses and tents. Please book in advance, otherwise it could be full, please call: 053-611244 , 085-6183303. I highly recommend you to reserve the space before coming to tent.

Destination 7... Pai Walking Street
It is where we must come to wander because there're many clothes and food! It opens daily from 16.00 -20.00 p.m. The atmosphere is as lively as in Khao San Road of Bangkok especially Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays where they are more items on street. What must not miss is a sitting Khanom Chin noodle! So delicious.

Destination 8... A Coffee Shop, Cocolino
It is a coffee shop that takes you far away into the embrace of the nature. If you wish to charge energy from all exhaustion, you are most welcome to enjoy a cup of drink here. The atmosphere is very beautiful and you can have really nice photos too.

A cup of hot tea is so good with this cool weather.

Destination 9...Ban Jabo
Ban Jabo is located at a really high area in Mae Hong Son. Most of accommodation come in home-stay style. I used to stay at "Home Stay Ban Phu Yai", it is 300 THB/night/person including dinner. If you love comfortable life, this may not be the place for you. If you are here, you must try "hanging legs down noodle" as it's so famous. The view is so great and the price is not expensive. Besides this 7 digit view, we can also eat in the middle of the nature. The noodle shop opens daily, from 06.00-14.00 p.m.

“Hanging legs down noodle" is the landmark of Ban Jabo because of the great view and inexpensive food. Let's say we get to to enjoy the view worth 7 digit while eating noodle. This noodle shop opens daily, from 06.00-14.00 p.m.
