Here it is, here it is
Episode 3: Hipster Hopping in Tokyo
There will be a total of 3 episodes, 4 cities | This thread is episode 3.
Episode 1: Sleeping at the airport, shopping, playing with deer | http://pantip.com/topic/33634452
Episode 2: KYOTO..Visit the temple, shop, chill | http://pantip.com/topic/33652030
Episode 3: Hipster in Tokyo | http://pantip.com/topic/33754864
Let me clarify again.
The price stated in the topic includes airfare, hotel, meals, and all transportation costs.
However, this does not include snacks outside of the meals, which cost around a thousand baht. Shopping expenses are not included, which can also be quite high.
I stayed at the airport hotel for 2 nights because my flight arrived late and departed early. I was worried about not making it on time, so I decided to stay at the hotel. If you are planning to book a hotel, it will only cost an additional 1,000 baht per night. If you arrive early and don't leave early, you can stay at the hotel.
Day 6 TOKYO
After an all-night bus ride from the old capital, we finally arrived in the new capital.
The bus dropped us off at the SUNSHINE CITY building in the IKEBUKURO district at 7 am sharp.
From here, we will be facing a story about the path, the path, and the path that will lead us to KIMI RYOKAN, our accommodation, which is also in this area.
The map we prepared was confusing, and we didn't know which way to turn. Fortunately, we had invested in renting a WIFI POCKET, so we opened GOOGLE MAP to help. We were relieved and walked safely to our destination with our luggage, even though there were occasional disagreements about the route because each person chose a different path. But it was fun.
We arrived at the accommodation but couldn't check in... as usual. We left our bags, washed our faces, brushed our teeth, put on makeup and eyeliner, and then headed out.
Thank you for following.
Stay tuned for updates on our page.

Blog, here we go!
http://kusjiontour.wordpress.com/Today's destination is SHOPPING. Let's go to all 3 places: NAKAMEGURO - DAIKANYAMA - SHIMOKITAZAWA
Starting in the NAKAMEGURO district, a cute, chic, and chill area with speakers playing music throughout the walk. It's a real pleasure.
It opens at 11 am. If you come early like us, who didn't check the time, you can walk around and take pictures first. It closes around 5 pm.
Classic
Cute flower shop
Look at this shop.

Today, we will use the TOKYO METRO PASS to travel to any station with the "M" symbol for 600 YEN. The regular price is 710 YEN. I'm not sure why it's discounted, maybe it's because of GOLDEN WEEK.
Available for purchase at automatic ticket machines. Here's a rough guide:
1. Change to ENGLISH language is on the top right of the screen.
2. Click ONE DAY PASS on the left.
3. Choose the PASS you want to use
4. Click on the "person" icon to represent the number of people, which can be purchased in multiple copies.
5. The machine will calculate how much each person should pay, how much in total, and then you can insert coins or bills. If you pay too much, the machine will give you change. It's very smart.
**The choice of PASS actually depends on each person's plan, such as what kind of transportation is available at the places we are going to. We calculated the fare for each trip and thought that this PASS was suitable for our plan today, so we chose it for today.**
Alright, starting from IKEBUKURO Station (M25), which is a short walk from my accommodation. Let me show off
Take the MARUNOUCHI Line to TRANSFER at KASUMIGASEKI Station (M15/H06) for approximately 20 minutes, then change to the HIBIYA Line and get off at NAKAMEGURO Station (H01).
We don't remember the way out. If we find the note, we'll let you know. In the meantime, look for the exit to MAIN STREET and turn left. Before you reach the bank, turn left again. Then turn right at the SUPER MARKET and you'll be on a long road. It's not hard to find, it's just a short walk.
I passed by a ramen shop and suddenly felt hungry. Let's stop by.
This hand cost 580 YEN
The process is as follows: choose the menu you like, press the button, insert coins, then take the coupon to the shop owner. They will call you to pick it up when it's done. Free water is available.
Besides being cool and chill, this place also has a TOKYO BIKE shop with a very handsome salesman. I didn't dare to take a picture of him, so I'm using a picture of myself instead.
I went with two other friends. Don't worry about the food. The cake is a must. This shop is famous. The shop's name is PATISSERIE POTAGER. The picture of the shop front is a bit blurry.
The cake looks delicious, and it's made with vegetables, but you can't taste the vegetables at all.
We took photos, we ate, but we didn't get to shop at all. The shops are just starting to open, and we don't want to wait any longer. Let's move on to DAIKANYAMA. The DAIKANYAMA district is like the Siam district of our country. Young people dress up as if they came out of a magazine.
This mall is a one-stop shop for all things kids, from clothes and toys to various accessories.
There are only cute shops.
They are dressed in the same color scheme.
Our model also controls them.
As soon as we stepped out of the train station, a scout approached our handsome boyfriend, Ton, and asked to take his picture for a magazine. It was like our version of CHEEZE MAGAZINE. They thought Ton was Japanese. I didn't want to stand in the way of his chance to become famous in the Land of the Rising Sun, so I let them take the picture. Ton said it might pave the way for him to enter the entertainment industry. Oh, brother!
After the shoot, there was a short interview about my outfit. They asked about the brands of my shirt, pants, bag, shoes, and watch. I was proud to say that some of them were THAI BRANDS.
Okay, after the "Fan Show" segment, I realized I haven't explained how to get there yet. Come on, let's go!
Travel
From NAKA-MEGURO Station, we will take the TOKYU TOYOKO/MINATOMIRAI LINE LOCAL train for about 1 minute to reach DAIKAN-YAMA Station. The fare is 130 YEN. Alternatively, you can walk for about 10 minutes.
As soon as we exited the station, we just followed the crowd. No need to worry about getting lost. The small station was packed with shops, both local brands and imported ones, with carefully curated designs. Some of the shoes, for example, were impossible to find in Thailand. They were exclusive to this place. "Hey, that's the model I've been looking for!" we exclaimed, grabbing them without hesitation. The prices, however, were no joke. Everyone ended up feeling the pinch. This was just a glimpse of the first half of the district. What do you think, our model?
We walked until we were very tired, really tired, because we had been walking for many days. The money we had prepared for shopping was starting to run low, so we had to move on to another area before we went bankrupt. Our next destination was the SHIMOKITAZAWA district.
This area can be called a hipster district, similar to Chatuchak in our country. As soon as you get off the station, you will be greeted by a band playing for tips.
There are also many cool second-hand items for sale. Inside are all second-hand items.
Even second-hand items have been carefully selected. Some of them have actually been used by other people before.
Decorate the shop stylishly.
This MUJI branch has a lot of stuff.
And most importantly, the ramen at this shop is so delicious that the aunt next door ordered an extra serving of noodles.
We drank it all, not a drop left. Price 620 YEN
The shop front is located in the same alley as MUJI.
Handsome older brother
Can I take another picture of their shop?

From DAIKAN-YAMA Station, take the TOKYU TOYOKO/MINATOMIRAI LINE LOCAL train and TRANSFER at SHIBUYA for about 3 minutes. Then walk a bit further in the station (because it is a different company) to get on the train from SHIBUYA Station on the KEIO INOKASHIRA LINE EXP. to SHIMO-KITAZAWA Station. The fare is 260 YEN.
Exit South
According to the original plan, I was going to SHINJUKU, but my body couldn't take it and my hands were full of shopping bags, so I decided to postpone it until tomorrow. I'm going to take a nap at KIMI RYOKAN for a while, and then I'll go out to eat in the IKEBUKURO area.
Travel
From SHIMO-KITAZAWA Station, we will take the KEIO INOKASHIRA LINE LOCAL back to SHIBUYA to take the subway back to our accommodation. The ticket costs 130 YEN. When you arrive at SHIBUYA Station, get off the subway from SHIBUYA Station (F16) and take the FUKUTOSHIN Line towards KOTAKE-MUKAIHARA and get off at IKEBUKURO Station (F09) Exit C6 to walk to your accommodation.
After resting and recharging, it's time to hit the town, not really, it's time to find some delicious food to eat.
Crossing the street from our accommodation, we found the brightly lit area. It was great! We walked around looking for food, and then we stumbled upon this restaurant. We were hungry, and the pictures in front of the restaurant looked so delicious, so we walked in. What else could we do?
As soon as I entered, I was shocked. The front of the shop looked like an ordinary Japanese restaurant, but as soon as I entered, it smelled terrible. The raw fish rice bowl turned into a grilled dish.
It's alright, now that you're here, let's clink glasses.
Every table that comes in, the shop will serve appetizers. Don't think it's free. You can't refuse. You have to pay. It's delicious, so I forgive it. This meal cost 1,690 YEN including beer.
But the craving for raw fish rice is still there, so I ordered a small set. I'll have another one tomorrow at TSUKIJI fish market.
After eating, take a walk to digest and find some activities to spend money on, such as playing games at the arcade.
Oops, what is this?
The first night in Tokyo ended with everyone's heads stinking. Let's go to sleep. Tomorrow we have to go and spend a lot of yen in many places. Sleep, sleep, sleep.
At the park
KIMI RYOKAN I found it on WWW.BOOKING.COM but I could only book one room, so I emailed the hotel directly to ask for two rooms because there were four of us and we wanted to stay in the same place. And I got it! Yay!
The price is 7,020 YEN per night per room. The room is about 2 tatami mats wide and can accommodate 2 large suitcases.
Fully equipped with amenities, you can say that a single bag of clothes is enough.
Our cleanliness is top-notch. More importantly, it's close to the subway... again. You can leave your luggage here if you arrive before check-in or even after check-out.
Day 7
Today's goal is to eat raw fish at TSUKIJI Fish Market, collect a LANDMARK, and then melt yen at SHINJUKU and SHIBIYA.
Starting with goal number 1, it's all about food. Actually, it wasn't in the plan, but due to the rush, I didn't get to eat much raw fish, even though I intended to eat it every meal. So I had to come here and get it fresh.
TSUKIJI Fish Market is one of the largest fish markets in the world. It is divided into two zones: the outer zone, which has retail stores and restaurants, and the inner zone, which is where wholesale stores and fish auctions take place. The inner zone was closed on the day we went, so we ate at the outer zone.
Google map.
Travel
Today we will use the PASS: ONE-DAY TICKET FOR TOKYO METRO & TOEI SUBWAY for 1,000 YEN because according to the plan, we have to go to the TOEI line as well, and after calculating, buying a pass is more worthwhile than buying individual tickets. The purchase method is the same as before, please scroll up to see above.
From IKEBUKURO Station (Y09), take the YURAKUCHO Line towards SHIN-KIBA and get off at TSUKISHIMA Station (Y21/E16) in approximately 24 minutes. Then transfer to the OEDO Line.
Get off at TSUKIJISHIJO Station (E18)
Follow the sign that says "Fish Market".
We're here! Yay!
Behind you, Mr. Ton, is the restaurant area.
They were slicing and eating right there.
And it is a sit-down restaurant, which also has a lot to choose from.
This restaurant is very crowded, with a long queue that never seems to end.
We couldn't wait, so we tried this restaurant. It's on the opposite side in this corner, just walk in.
This is the storefront. It has two sides.
We are sitting on the left side.
And here's the menu, I know you've been waiting for it. I managed to take 3 pages of photos, so have a look for yourself.
And here's our dish, 1,985 YEN, fresh, full-bodied, tender, melt-in-your-mouth.
Some friends' plates
After eating, let's continue shopping. There are things to spend money on along the way. Sister Som also got it.
First goal >> GOAL
Our next destination is Sensoji Temple, also known as Asakusa Temple, a landmark that wasn't originally on our plan. Since it was still early and we didn't know where else to go, we decided to check it out. We were curious to see how crowded it would be during Golden Week.
Travel
Please use the same PASS you purchased this morning from TSUKIJISHIJO Station (E18).
Take the OEDO Line and TRANSFER at DAIMON Station (E20/A09). It takes 4 minutes. Look for the signs, we will be going to Line 2.
Then change to the ASAKUSA line going towards OSHIAGE'SKYTREE' and get off at ASAKUSA Station (A18).
Don't worry about getting lost. The train has signs in English that tell you the next station.
This is the exit from the station. It's an alley like this.
And then walked out to cross the road to the temple, which is on the opposite side.
You can also see TOKYO TOWER on the right.
It's really crowded here.
Go a little further
Take a picture with the LANDMARK.
The side angle is also beautiful ... purely personal opinion ><
Anyone who wants to shop, please go to the back alley.
Wandering around taking photos in that area, I managed to capture some unusual angles, as usual.
This picture isn't strange, but it's very scary.
If you want a handsome, muscular guy to take you on a tour, go to the alley next to the temple.
Cute bus
The sight of the strawberries was so enticing, I couldn't resist buying them, even though they cost over 700 baht. I don't remember the exact price, but the taste is unforgettable.
This concludes our LANDMARK mission. Let's go shopping in SHINJUKU now.
Travel
Please use the same PASS I bought this morning. Oh my, it's so worth it!
From ASAKUSA Station (A18), take the ASAKUSA Line towards NISHI-MAGOME and get off at HIGASHI-NIHOMBASHI Station (A15). It takes about 5 minutes. Then walk a little bit to change to the SHINJUKU Line. You need to change at BAKURO-YOKOYAMA Station (S09) and take the train towards SHINJUKU. Get off at SHINJUKU-SANCHOME Station (S02), which is near the ISETAN department store. Take exit B3.
Our job is to take photos at the station.
Don't forget to stamp it.
Okay, then it's every man for himself.
Just a few days ago, I came across a post that made me wish I had seen it sooner. It was a shopping map. Check it out!
http://pantip.com/topic/32596129
Thank you to the owner of this post. They say that when you go to SHINJUKU, you must eat the original crepe with guava and orange. Don't miss it! Here are some pictures for you.
Storefront
Lots and lots
If you're a fan of second-hand designer brands, check out this store.
And then this shop, I can't tell you the exact location. I walked around and found all the shops according to Mahii's map. Haha.
The sun hasn't set yet, the money isn't gone yet, we have to keep going, right?
Next stop is SHIBUYA.
Journey
From SHINJUKU-SANCHOME Station (F13), take the FUKUTOSHIN Line to SHIBUYA Station (F16). It's just a short ride. Take the HACHIKO EXIT and you'll find the statue of HACHIKO, the legendary dog.
And have to face the crowds at the SCRAMBLE CROSSING
Let's have a little fun.
Behind the scenes of the image
Let's start when you cross the intersection.
Are you okay?
Fight to the death.
It's getting late, I'm tired, I'm old, I'm not fit at all. Let's go home.
Let's go back to the accommodation to pack our bags.
Journey
From SHIBUYA Station (F12), take the FUKUTOSHIN Line towards KOTAKE-MUKAIHARA and get off at IKEBUKURO Station (F09) EXIT C3. It takes 14 minutes and you can use the same PASS.
While waiting for the train
I took this picture and later found out that they were preventing people from jumping to their deaths because they were jumping like it was a game. 😭😭😭 Creepy.
There is also a cabinet for cute little girls.
Before leaving the station, I'll eat at this familiar restaurant, right?
We arrived in IKEBUKURO and found a shopping mall near our accommodation, so we continued shopping.
This picture was taken in the morning, but when I arrived it was already dark.
I love this mall. I finally found what I've been looking for for days. The only problem is the bathroom. Which button should I press? It's all in Japanese, I'm so confused.
Our legs are so sore from walking, I mean really sore. Let's find something quick and easy to eat. We're out of money and need to hurry, or we'll miss our train to the airport.
I was walking around and came across another coin-operated store. There are so many of them.
This dish costs 580 YEN.
This is for another younger sibling. As for the others, I didn't have time to take pictures because they were all too hungry.
After finishing our meal, we went back to pack our things, said goodbye to our accommodation, and set off for our next destination… NARITA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.
I'm not rushing because I'm afraid of missing my flight, I'm afraid of missing the train to the airport so I can sleep there.
Many people haven't read the first episode yet. Tonight, we'll be sleeping at the airport because our flight is at 9 am tomorrow. We're worried about not having enough time to check in and travel, so we decided in Bangkok that we should sleep at the airport.
Walking
Use the same old PASS, it's really worth it until the last drop. The old PASS, just add luggage. I'm wondering what to do with something that I can't really fit in my bag.
From IKEBUKURO Station (M25), take the MARUNOUCHI Line towards OGIKUBO. TRANSFER at OTEMACHI Station (M18/Z08), which takes 14 minutes. Then change to the HANZOMON Line and get off at OSHIAGE'SKYTREE' Station (Z14) for another 14 minutes.
From OSHIAGE'SKYTREE' Station, walk inside the station to change to a train to the airport. The train I checked on HYPERDIA is at 9:10 PM, which is less than 15 minutes away. Run!
Purchase tickets at the automatic ticket machine for 980 YEN.
Then hurry to wait for the train at the platform as soon as possible.
From OSHIAGE Station, take the KEISEI OSHIAGE LINE RAPID to NARITA AIRPORT TERMINAL 2.
Upon arrival, there will be a cart provided, so you don't have to drag your luggage and get tired.
After that, I took the elevator down to find a place to sleep, which was the long blue cushioned chair. It's like the one at Kansai Airport. If you put them together, it's wide and you can stretch out and sleep comfortably. There are bathrooms and free charging stations.
The 4th floor has a 7-11 in case anyone is hungry. You can eat all night long, but I didn't take any pictures today because we were all really tired. Let's go to sleep, gang.
Waking up to the last light of day in Japan, I washed my face, brushed my teeth, and went to check in.
AIR ASIA X will have its own room. You can walk in with your luggage, but you are not allowed to bring in a trolley.
The staff here are very strict about the weight of the bags. Even a little overweight is not allowed. I had to put some of my belongings in my pockets until they were full, and then I was able to pass through the security check with the exact weight limit.
After finishing, we went to the departure queue. There were quite a lot of people during our visit, so the queue was quite long. We saw many Thai people buying souvenirs like crazy. Seriously, I'm not exaggerating, because we were doing the same thing. For popular snacks, it's a case of whoever reaches first gets it, or else the whole shelf will be empty.
With the mission of delivering gifts and melting yen completed, it's time to prepare for the flight back to the motherland.
Here's the translation:
Just sharing a view of the clear blue sky. That's all. Good night. See you in Thailand.
Thank you all for following. I sincerely hope that this review will be of some use to my friends. Even a little bit would make me happy.
See you again when a new trip happens.
