If you are visiting the Tung Bua Tong flower fields in Khun Yuam District, Mae Hong Son Province, a nearby tourist attraction that is often mentioned is Mae Surin Waterfall. This is because it is a tall waterfall with a stream of water that flows down from a rocky ravine. The surrounding area is full of small and large cliffs that are almost 100 meters high. It is considered one of the highest waterfalls in Thailand. Moreover, it has water flowing all year round, making it an excellent source of water.

The waterfall is easily accessible by car, and visitors can enjoy the view from a short walk down. However, it is no longer possible to walk down to the bottom of the waterfall due to safety concerns. The path is steep and slippery, posing a risk of accidents.

Upon entering the park, a large parking lot is available to accommodate visitors.

From the parking lot, we have to walk about 500 meters to reach the waterfall. The path is slightly steep.

I've arrived and checked in. I'm really here! 555

The golden sunflowers are not yet in bloom, so let's admire the Christmas flowers instead.

Let's go! Walk down the spiral staircase. Climbing up must be tiring, huh? Cough, cough.

We soon arrived at the viewpoint, where there was a pavilion to rest and escape the hot sun.

The cascading waterfall beckons, tempting me to peek over the edge for a closer look. Alas, the viewing area restricts my access, leaving me with only a tantalizing glimpse. Sigh.

Hello... The waterfall is right there!!! But my camera can only take pictures like this. I don't have a good camera to zoom in like everyone else.

After enjoying the Mae Surin Waterfall, we continued to admire the beauty of the Bua Tong flowers. The road here is winding, following the contours of the mountains, with alternating green and yellow hues. It is one of the most charming roads in Mae Hong Son, a province with over a thousand curves. Oh my, I think I need to throw up!

The man looked dejected... In his hand was a huge camera, lol. Taking pictures of the scenery over and over again.

The golden sunflowers bloom on the mountaintop. Little sunflowers, come into my lens... before we part ways.
