Hey, man! Bangkok is so dusty. Let's go to the forest for a day, shall we?

Where are we going? - How about Khao Yai? It's the closest to Bangkok and has a lot of forests. Okay, let's meet tomorrow morning at Future Park!

It is common for us to discuss short, simple trips. If the trip is not too far away, we can discuss it today and go tomorrow.

On a Sunday morning, we met at the designated meeting point. Our protagonist, Uncle Green, was present as usual. We began our journey from Future Park Rangsit at 8:00 AM, driving leisurely towards Khao Yai. We arrived at our destination around 10:00 AM.

Upon entering the national park, pay the entrance fee and visit the Khao Yai Shrine.

The journey to the viewpoint at kilometer 30 requires extra caution while driving. As we enter their home, we must respect the wildlife, our hosts.

Kilometer 30 offers a scenic viewpoint where you can admire the mountain range, witness the mesmerizing sea of mist, and even spot hornbills during certain seasons. This stop provides a comprehensive experience of the area's natural beauty.

Fortunately, after driving for a while, we came across our big brother crossing the road. We must not turn off the engine, honk the horn, or make loud noises so as not to disturb the wildlife. After all, we are visiting their home and must respect each other.

We then continued to the solitary cliff, where we luckily encountered a goral. We managed to capture some photos of it as it felt safe enough to be seen. We took our time taking photos, enjoying the moment.

We continued our scenic drive, enjoying the perfect weather: cool breeze and gentle sunshine. Upon reaching the food court, we decided to grab some lunch before continuing our adventure.

After lunch, it was time for coffee. We went to relax and have coffee at the Lam Takhong campsite. We sat there for about an hour and took some photos of the wild deer in the area.

The Lam Ta Khong campsite is teeming with deer, like an open zoo. You can relax and take pictures with them.

However, please do not feed the animals.

We drove from Lam Ta Khong campsite to the park headquarters in the afternoon. We heard the sound of gibbons, so we parked the car and walked down quietly. We found this white-handed gibbon standing there. We took photos of the gibbon for a while and then drove on to the Khao Yai National Park headquarters.

Khao Yai is like a second home to us, it is the starting point for our love of wildlife photography. It is suitable for both beginners who are just starting to like it and veteran wildlife photographers. In our free time, we often meet, talk and exchange ideas here.

Around 4 pm, we all went down to the food court. Coincidentally, it seemed like we were lucky today. We saw a pack of wild dogs in the food court waiting to eat the remains of a deer that they had hunted in the area.

We left Khao Yai around 4:30 PM and headed back to Bangkok.

And that concludes our one-day trip. Where were all the wildlife? Don't worry, we weren't disappointed!

Having reached this point, I would like to offer some advice to those who enjoy spending time in the forest. Since we have chosen to enter the forest, and we appreciate its tranquility, let us avoid disrupting its peace. When did we develop a passion for exploring and visiting forests? Let us ask ourselves whether this is a genuine interest or merely a trend. We will discover the answer within ourselves.

Let's work together to explore the forest in a creative way. As the new generation, we can enjoy the forest in a sustainable and creative way, with a sense of responsibility towards the forest and its wildlife.
