It's not as light as a clear soup, nor as heavy as a cream soup. There are chunks of lobster to chew on, providing a textural contrast to the smooth soup. It's absolutely delicious.

Personally, I'm not a fan of its flavor. It has a strong, spicy aroma with a hint of red pepper and a mild spiciness when you bite into it. The green parsley adds a touch of freshness and enhances the overall flavor. If you're a cheese lover, you can sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top for an extra cheesy kick.

Main Course - 350g USDA Fillet Medium Raw Steak - 2350++ THB
