Hello everyone! It's Bhop again~ Are you tired of me yet?~ Don't get tired of me just yet (lol). In just a few days, the auspicious "Vegetarian Festival" will be upon us once again. Many vegetarian dishes are delicious and unique, but there are also some repetitive or similar menus, right? Sometimes it can get a bit boring. Therefore, Bhop would like to introduce you to a new vegetarian menu at Viet Concept!

The Viet Concept restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of the GLOW FISH Dining Hall in the Sathorn Thani building. The restaurant's logo is a clean-looking white Vietnamese woman.

The restaurant features a glass-enclosed dining area with seating both outdoors and indoors.

The interior is surrounded by trees.

The sentence is already in English and does not require translation.

And natural tones, including brown from wood grain.

The sky-toned blue of the water and the clean, white color of the clouds.

There are a variety of seating options available, catering to different preferences and needs.

For Viet Concept, the restaurant offers authentic Vietnamese cuisine and fusion Vietnamese dishes, like a Vietnamese woman who loves to travel. The logo depicts a woman traveling to different countries and incorporating unique dishes from each into her Vietnamese cuisine. For example, the restaurant offers "Tom Yum Pho," which combines the spicy and sour flavors of Thai Tom Yum soup with the rich broth and noodles of Vietnamese Pho. Additionally, the restaurant serves "Nem Nuong Rolls," inspired by Japanese cuisine.

The restaurant prioritizes healthy ingredients, using carefully selected pesticide-free vegetables. They offer options like flourless pork sausage and fat-free pork loin, ensuring freshness. The menu is prepared by authentic Vietnamese chefs, guaranteeing the quality and authentic taste of Vietnamese cuisine.

During this vegetarian festival, the restaurant has prepared three special vegetarian dishes for the pious. Starting from October 9th to 17th, let's see what they look like and how delicious they are!

Introducing the first menu item, the "Vegetarian Spring Roll Platter."

"Vegetarian Spring Roll Platter" – 250 THB

Large pieces of vegetarian nem nuong with pesticide-free vegetables, served with original chewy and soft rice paper and a special vegetarian nem nuong dipping sauce.

Nem nuong is thick, dense, soft and bouncy, offering a satisfyingly full bite.

Paired with rice paper, dipping sauce, and fresh herbs, the vegetarian spring rolls offer a novel and distinct experience compared to typical vegetarian dishes.

Fresh, pesticide-free vegetables, carefully selected tender ingredients with no bitterness or astringency, and a perfectly balanced sweet sauce. When eaten together, the flavors are clean and healthy. Haha!

The second menu item is also fragrant and delicious, "Vegetarian Pho".

"Northern Thai Spicy Noodle Soup" - 135 THB

**(Translated)**

The first bite was met with an explosion of aroma from the vegetable soup, including fragrant mushrooms. This was followed by the subtle sweetness of the broth.

The provided text is empty. Please provide the text you would like me to translate.

The vegetarian dish features thick slices of Japanese tofu, vegetarian pork, vegetarian pork sausage, shiitake mushrooms, and a garnish of fried tofu skin. It can also be served with organic vegetables.

The noodles are incredibly prominent, with a smooth and tender texture. They are not mushy, but have a slight chewiness, a light crispness, and a smooth texture. The broth is very fragrant, with the aroma of fragrant mushrooms.

Next is "grilled tofu with betel leaves."

"Grilled tofu with betel leaves" – 80 THB

Tender Japanese tofu is wrapped in betel leaves and grilled until golden brown. The presentation is distinctly Japanese, and the dish is served with the restaurant's signature pickled vegetable dipping sauce. The result is a visually striking and truly delicious dish.

This dish should be eaten with dipping sauce. Personally, I find the dish a bit bland on its own, so I recommend dipping it in the provided sauce. You can add peanuts, chili peppers, and other seasonings to the sauce to your liking.

The dipping sauce itself is sweet and sour, with pickled papaya adding a crunchy texture.

The three vegetarian menus, "Vegetarian Nem Nuong Platter," "Vegetarian Pho," and "Grilled Tofu with Betel Leaves," have come to an end. Give them a try!

And for friends or family members who do not eat vegetarian food, they can also join the table. Because during the vegetarian festival, they still have regular menus for sale. And importantly, people who eat vegetarian food strictly do not have to worry about breaking their vegetarianism because the shop "uses separate utensils for cooking and serving vegetarian food from regular food".

Let's take a look at 3 more regular menu items!

Let's start with "shrimp wrapped in sugarcane."

"Deep-Fried Shrimp Wrapped in Sugarcane" - 190 THB

The text describes a popular Vietnamese snack enjoyed by people of all ages. It emphasizes the widespread appeal of the dish, noting that even children and newcomers to Vietnamese cuisine rarely resist ordering it.

One serving of three pieces comes with rice noodles and a sweet and sour dipping sauce. The meat is tender and bouncy, not greasy or oily. The sugarcane is also young and tender, so you can chew it. (Some people eat it, like Phop, who likes to eat the sugarcane that comes with the shrimp.)

The next dish is "Dry Pho with Pork," a dish similar to dry noodles but using pho noodles.

"Vietnamese Pho with Pork (Dried Noodle Style)" - 135 THB

This is a menu item that has been slightly modified in terms of taste and appearance. While pho is typically served in a broth, this version offers a dry option.

The first bite reveals smooth, chewy noodles that are truly tender and not dry. The pork filling is dense, fresh, and lean, without being tough. The seasoning is perfect, and a separate soup is provided in case the noodles are too dry.

Let's try a fusion dish: "Tom Yum Pork Pho".

Note: The original text is empty, so the translation is also empty.

Vietnamese Tom Yum Pho with Pork - 160 THB

This dish looks incredibly tempting! The vibrant colors suggest a delicious flavor, and the runny egg yolk seems to perfectly complement the spicy red curry in the broth.

The taste is rich and flavorful, but it leans towards a neutral profile. It lacks the distinct spiciness or aroma of Thai tom yum, instead offering a subtle hint of tom yum flavor blended with the Vietnamese pho broth, creating a harmonious and delicious combination.

The pho noodles are, as always, high-quality ingredients: fresh, delicious, and incredibly smooth. The texture is just as smooth and easy to swallow as the previous vegetarian dishes. This restaurant truly serves delicious pho noodles.

This is the complete menu that I, Phop, had the opportunity to try at Viet Concept. These are all my personal opinions based on my own dining and tasting experience. I encourage everyone to try it for themselves, as individual preferences and taste perceptions may vary. Feel free to share your own experiences and thoughts!

This time, Bhop will take his leave with other images and atmosphere in the shop. See you again~
