Hello.

Last Friday, I was invited by Baiyoke Sky Hotel to try the International Caravan Buffet, an international buffet at Stella Palace Restaurant, located on the 79th floor of the hotel.

Please enjoy watching.

Baiyoke Sky Hotel

Stella Palace Restaurant on the 79th floor

Dinner buffet is available daily from 5:30 PM to 11:00 PM.

Price per person is 880 net (Special! When you finish eating without leaving any leftovers, you will receive a 100 baht refund, equivalent to paying only 780 net)

This buffet offers a unique twist compared to others. In addition to the usual buffet line, there are also staff members who walk around with food carts, serving customers directly at their tables. The food carts are divided into a total of 11 caravans, as follows (apologies for not being able to capture all of them in the photos):

The first course is a selection of appetizers, such as salmon mousse, fresh spring rolls, drunken chicken, jellyfish salad with sesame oil, and tuna and cheese salad.

The second course will be a variety of dim sum.

The 3rd and 4th stations are fresh salad stations, such as fried shrimp salad with fruits, sirloin salad - pork salad, and Thai food such as papaya salad and seafood salad.

The 5th procession is especially for Japanese food lovers.

The 6th course is for those who love Chinese food, such as Peking duck and roast pork, which are considered the signature dishes of this restaurant.

(The 7th and 8th courses were not photographed. They will be authentic Cantonese Chinese dishes, such as bamboo shoot clams, abalone in red sauce, fish maw in red sauce, and XO sauce fried rice, Yangzhou fried rice, and Hokkien noodles.)

Now for dessert, let's move on to the 9th course, a variety of delicious cakes.

Station 10: Freshly made crêpe Suzette

And the last procession will be various fruits and Chinese-style desserts, such as ginger water dumplings, ginger water tofu pudding, cantaloupe sago, and shaved ice watermelon.

In addition to the ongoing caravan, you can also order unlimited soup.

For the Main Course, you can only choose one item per person.

And the food line also has a lot to choose from, such as seafood, which is used to make hot pot and grilled and ready to eat.

The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, including Chinese cuisine and Western-style pasta dishes like lasagna.

It's not actually complete yet, but I only took this much (because it's really a lot).

And finally, when you're done eating, you can take the elevator to the rooftop observation deck, which rotates 360 degrees.
Conclusion

In terms of price and food, I personally think it's quite good value for the price of 880 net including drinks (if you finish everything, you only pay 780 baht). This is because there is a wide variety of food to choose from, covering all types. As for the overall taste, it's okay. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was that the hotel was quite crowded. Although the hotel has separate dining rooms for tour groups and general guests, the entrance to the hotel and the way up to the dining room were still quite chaotic (but once you get to the dining room, it's much better).

Finally, I would like to thank Baiyoke Sky Hotel for the honor of inviting me this time.

And thank you all very much for following.
